88, Paypal, You are not law, I am not your customer any more.

    I should be a very loyal customer of Paypal years. I trust Paypal could protect myself, especially for online shopping. But recently 1 missing order made me raised the doubt of Paypal.

    This is the first time I know, Paypal only protect buyer's money for only the first 45 days since transaction  date. So because I am trusting Paypal and simply waited over the date limit, I lost all my chance / right by now, because Paypal's unreasonable  policy.

    The big company always do similar infuriating decision / explanation when issue happens. And this is the only time they show customer the detail policy that most customer never know if everything is fine. So somehow it seems like a cheating.


    Today I searched online for claiming cases with Paypal and found more information that I never know before. There is a special Facebook page for sharing vary terrible experience with Paypal. I learned more from it. So I have no choice but could only decide to close the Paypal account, I would prefer to trust my credit card company rather than to believe Paypal that only protect it's business.
